What to Expect at Camp
Camp Inspire is a week or more of leadership adventures. Everyday we will have a special event from a list of varying activities that may include horseback riding, whitewater rafting, kayaking, hiking, rock climbing and more. Each day we will learn about food preparation, preparing breakfast, lunch, dinners and snacks for ourselves; learning food identification and healthy cooking methods is an important part of a healthy lifestyle. Every morning we take 30 minutes to an hour to develop movement literacy. We teach stretching, balance, and strengthening techniques to help develop lifelong habits for fitness and exercise. Throughout each day there will be some free time to enjoy games or activities with other campers, and reflection time to look back on new experiences and things you've learned that day.
